Getting around in Heidelberg

From Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof to the Conference Venue „Kongresshaus Stadthalle Heidelberg“
You can get to the conference venue by bus or taxi in ca 15 minutes (distance approx. 2,5km). The bus lines 31, 32, and 35 directly approach the conference venue (bus stop “Kongresshaus”).

From the Airports to Heidelberg

Frankfurt Airport (distance approx. 80 km)
By Shuttle Service:
Airport Shuttle Service TLS to the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof
Or Lufthansa Airport Bus, to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Heidelberg City Centre.
Journey time approx. 60 minutes.
By Train:
In the proximity of terminal 1, there is a railroad station where trains of the Deutsche Bahn depart to Mannheim Hauptbahnhof. At Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, you have to change trains to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof. Possible train connections can be looked up at the Website of the Deutsche Bahn.
Journey time approx. 60 minutes.

Stuttgart Airport (distance approx. 120 km)
By Train:
First use the tram to get to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. From the Hauptbahnhof you can take the ICE directly to the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof. Possible train connections can be looked up at the Website of the Deutsche Bahn.
Journey time approx. 80 minutes.

Baden-Airpark Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport (distance approx. 90 km)
By Shuttle Service:
Baden-Airpark-Express Shuttlebus brings you directly to Heidelberg.

Frankfurt Hahn Airport (distance approx. 150 km)

Hahn-Express Shuttlebus brings you directly to Heidelberg.
