A written notification to the registration office is required for cancellation. You will find the pertinent email address in your confirmation email.

All items can be canceled for a processing fee of 50 €. However, when canceling a registration of which the coupon code for the final paper submission has been used, an additional paper submission fee of 420 € will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

After June 13, 2016, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. All refunds will be provided after the conference.
