Cancellation policy for conference and tutorial registration

A written notification to the registration office is required for cancellation. You will find the pertinent email address in your confirmation email.

All items can be canceled for a processing fee of 50 €. However, when canceling a registration of which the coupon code for the final paper submission has been used, an additional paper submission fee of 420 € will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

After June 13, 2016, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. All refunds will be provided after the conference.

Registration Benefits

Access to all technical program activities with the exception of the tutorials, which have a separate fee.

Access to all social program activities, including one welcome reception ticket and one gala dinner ticket.

Access to lunch and coffee-break refreshments.

Coverage for up to 2 papers. Cost for extra paper submissions is 420 € per paper. Extra pages are 100 € per page.
18 months of ISIF membership.

Student registrations provide all the benefits of regular registrations, but cover only one paper submission. Cost for extra paper submissions is 420 € per paper. Extra pages are 100 € per page.
